Our cheese, food, and wine classes at Molto Formaggio are both fun and educational. Each month we do one or two themed classes that incorporate our fine cheeses, wines, food products, and desserts into a composed three course tasting. We talk about the cheeses and wines, and why they pair together so well. We explore the recipes that are served and provide you with those recipes to take home.
