Located in Highland Park Village in Dallas, Texas, Molto Formaggio offers a true European shopping experience and specializes in exquisite gourmet cheeses from around the world.  We also offer boutique wines to pair with the cheese, exclusive gourmet food products, gift baskets, and trays for entertaining. 

The concept for Molto Formaggio was born in Florence, Italy in the summer of 2006. Being true “foodies”, we were enrolled in culinary school in Florence. Part of being a foodie is the fun of shopping in specialty stores, especially those in true European style. The idea of shopping for fresh cheese, produce, meat, and fish in specialty stores makes the whole food experience complete. We felt this shopping experience was missing back home in Dallas, so Molto Formaggio was conceived out of a true passion for fine cheese, wine, and food. Although the shop is a second career for us, it is truly our first love.

Our mission and our pleasure is to find the finest cheeses, gourmet food products, and wines available and bring them to our customers. We love to travel… eating, drinking, and shopping…to bring you the best products the world has to offer.
